Our Story
Made with Love, the Old Way
Three generations of Neapolitan tradition, simmered into every jar.
Where It All Began
Learning From Sassa
Sassa would spend hours at the stove, stirring her sauce with a wooden spoon worn smooth from decades of use. The smell of garlic and tomatoes filled every corner of the house
She never measured anything. A handful of this, a pinch of that — it was all feel, all memory, all love. Learning to make that sauce on my own was pure love and history.
Making our family sauce is the most honest way I know to say 'I love you.'
"We only use tomatoes that have earned the right to be in a sauce."
— A principle we've never compromised on
A New Beginning
From Recovery to Purpose
After my brain tumor diagnosis and recovery, I found myself searching for purpose. My daughters kept telling me: 'Mom, your sauce is special. People need to taste this.'
At first I laughed it off. But they were persistent — and they were right. I started making small batches for friends and neighbors. The response was overwhelming.
Sassas Neapolitan recipes had given me comfort through the hardest chapter of my life. Sharing them felt like the most natural thing in the world.
